The GMP-15S Snap-On Pancake Probe is a compact, cable-free solution for contamination measurement and measures all types of radiation alpha, beta and gamma radiation. The pancake-shaped GM detector connects directly to the RDS-32 or RDS-MED, which allows for fast and easy one-handed handling in the field. The user receives a reading of both contamination level and dose rate at the same time. The GMP-15S is a smart probe where calibration factors are stored internally, which means that the probe can be moved between different instruments without recalibration. This simplifies equipment management during, for example, calibrations. With the CSW-32 configuration software, isotope calibration for surface activities can be managed.
