Camilla Nærø Hildman is one of the key members of Gammadata’s Business Support team. Her work involves being the link between several departments, ensuring that customers receive their orders in a smooth and efficient way. Here Camilla tells us more about her work and what she enjoys about it.

Can you tell us about yourself and what you do at Gammadata?
I am part of Gammadata’s Business Support team, where I work closely with both the sales team and the service and support department. My main focus is to ensure that customers receive their orders quickly and without problems. This means that I’m involved in all stages of the process – from processing orders to coordinating with other departments to ensure that deliveries go smoothly. I enjoy this role because it allows me to contribute to a flow that ensures our customers receive the best possible service.

How do you ensure smooth communication between different departments?
We are constantly striving to improve and streamline our communication. We work to ensure that information flows smoothly between different teams and departments, so that the right person gets the right information at the right time. By constantly refining our working methods, we can provide our customers with the help they need, when they need it. This is particularly important as we often have many different aspects to take into account, and effective communication allows us to manage this in the best possible way.

What do you like most about your work?
That I never have a boring day at work! New challenges come up all the time, which makes every day unique. I also like the variety of the work – being in contact with customers on one side and suppliers on the other. It provides a dynamic that makes the job both exciting and educational. I really appreciate being part of a team where we solve problems together and always strive to give our customers the best possible service.
