Radiochromatography presents many different challenges, with requirements varying significantly depending on application, isotope, sensitivity, dynamic range, resolution and radiation protection needs. Elysia-raytest offers solutions with a selection of radiodetectors adapted for PET and SPECT applications, in combination with pure HPLC systems.

Turnkey solutions for quality control of various radiopharmaceuticals, such as ¹⁸F-FDG, ⁶⁸Ga (gallium-68), ¹⁸F-choline and several others. Each solution can be delivered with optimized methods, training and procedures for IQ/OQ and PQ. Solutions are mainly based on HPLC systems from Shimadzu or Agilent, and we can supply a full range of detectors, including:

• Pulse amperometric detector (PAD)
• Diode Array Detector (DAD)

Solutions from Elysia can be connected to any existing HPLC system, either via digital data transfer or via an analog-to-digital converter. Almost all complete radio HPLC systems can be controlled using one of Elysia’s software platforms.

Elysia also supplies a wide range of HPLC pumps, from simple isocratic pumps to advanced quaternary µPLC pumps.
