RTM662-460C is an advanced clearance monitor for large objects. It consists of a measuring chamber with motorized doors and automatic conveyor belt. The measuring objects are weighed by integrated scales and the gamma radiation is measured with 6 spectroscopic plastic scintillators. The RTM662-460C uses Lighthouse software with Windows 10 IoT.
Analysis software reports nuclide-specific activity, provides lower measurement uncertainties, handles complex nuclide vectors, automates loading and simplifies maintenance.
It is based on the well-proven algorithms used in many Mirion RTM monitors. Modern spectrometric detectors and simulation of objects provide improved measurement accuracy. It provides reliable efficiency correction for all nuclides in the measurement object. The automatic verification and optimization of the nuclide vector further reduces measurement uncertainties.
