Last Friday, the service organization gathered for its first “mini conference” of the year. Since many team members spend most of their time out in the field and traveling, it’s not always easy to bring everyone together – but a few longer “Service Fridays” are arranged each year where the whole team participates.
The focus is always on service – how we can continue to develop, work in the right way, and support each other. The goal is to be the best possible partner to our customers and consistently deliver service at the highest level.
The group consists of service engineers, a department manager, a business coordinator, and a service sales representative – different roles, working toward the same goal.
Delivering good service takes teamwork, and these days create an opportunity to sit down together and strengthen that collaboration.
