”We have always aimed to offer a complete solution to our customers”
When you’re planning, implementing, or developing a measurement solution in the fields of radioactivity and material analysis, the right knowledge and a holistic perspective are essential. That’s why we’re now launching Gammadata 360° – a complete solution where we optimize your measurement process at every stage – from method development, to the selection and installation of the best possible instruments, to ongoing service and support.
We asked our CEO, Ulf Åberg, a few questions about Gammadata 360°:
You’ve long been an established distributor of high-quality measuring instruments. Why are you now launching a complete solution?
Our customers are looking for a partner they can return to for advice and suggestions for improvement, or when they want to develop or refine their analysis methods and measurement processes.
We have always aimed to deliver a complete solution that goes beyond just selecting instruments and we have gradually built an organization to do just that. Now we have the resources and expertise in place to make it happen!
What value do I get as a customer?
Having a knowledgeable and long-term partner to consult with when it comes to choosing a measurement solution, for example, makes your analyses even more value-generating. We’re always close at hand for tips and advice throughout the entire measurement process.
We also have two fully equipped demo laboratories available to our customers – one in Helsinki and one in Uppsala – where we can carry out test measurements together. These labs make it easier to implement new instruments.
Our complete solution also includes our highly appreciated calibration service, as well as in-depth training in measurement technology and instrument software – which strengthens the internal competence of our customers.
What types of customers benefit from Gammadata 360°?
Any company or organization using nuclear measurement systems or performing material analysis, sectors such as the nuclear power, pharmaceutical and food industries to name a few. Our customers also often work with product development and research and therefore constantly want to refine their measurement methods. We can be an experienced partner in that work!
