The Linseis LSR-1 is an advanced platform designed for the characterization of thermoelectric materials, both in bulk form and thin film. It offers precise and automated measurement of key thermoelectric properties, such as the Seebeck coefficient (thermoelectric power) and electrical resistance, across a broad temperature range of -160°C to 200°C in its basic configuration.

Key Features of the LSR-1:

  • Automatic Measurement: Simultaneous Seebeck coefficient and electrical resistance.
  • Room temperature (RT) to 200°C. Optionally down to -160°C  and  up to 600°C.
  • Illumination Option: For studying photo-induced thermoelectric effects.
  • Measurement Techniques:  Van der Pauw method and Static DC and Slope.
  • Compact, Table-Top Design:
  • Materials Compatibility: Metallic and semiconducting materials.
