The LINSEIS STA L82 is a high-precision simultaneous thermal analyzer designed for comprehensive material characterization, especially within a temperature range up to 1100°C.

Features:

Simultaneous Thermal Analysis (STA) combines:

  • Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) – measures mass changes (e.g., from decomposition, oxidation)
  • Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) – analyzes heat flow to or from the sample (e.g., phase transitions, melting)
  • Temperature Range up to 1100°C. Optimized for analysis of organic materials and other thermally sensitive substances
  • An optional 90 position sample robot in combination with the optional automatic gas control and automatic evacuating system enables long term unattended operation.

HiRes Option (High Resolution):

Adaptive Heating Control which automatically adjusts the heating rate or pauses heating in response to mass changes. Once the event concludes, it resumes the programmed temperature profile. Enhances resolution of closely occurring or overlapping thermal events and Improves accuracy in interpreting complex decomposition or oxidation processes
