Electro deposition device

The equipment is intended for the preparation of environmental samples for analysis by alpha spectrometry and performs electrodeposition of prepared sample solutions. After the process is completed, the sample is transferred to a spectrometer for alpha particle analysis. The system is available in 4 or 6 cell versions, with other configurations available on request, and can be connected to a cooling tray for temperature-controlled methods if necessary. The PMMA plastic construction provides high resistance to the fumes generated during the process, while ceramic current regulators ensure stable electrodeposition and contribute to a long service life. The uniform deposition provides efficient and reproducible results, and the built-in forced ventilation prevents the accumulation of fumes and ensures good conditions for the electrical contacts. The equipment is equipped with analog measuring instruments (0–2 A, class 2), platinum electrodeposition electrodes with AISI 304 stainless steel handles, and all metallic components are made of the same material. The product is manufactured in accordance with the applicable EC directives.
