LB 9140/LB 9150 is a transportable measurement system for airborne alpha and beta emitters in air with compensation for radon and naturally occurring varying background. It can handle air flows up to 3.3 m³/h.
LB 9140 radon compensates with the pseudoincidence method and uses glass fiber filters.
LB 9150 compensation is done with spectrometry which gives lower detection limits. A more stable method when radon varies over time. Membrane filter
The measurement system is built in modules;

Silicon detector 600 mm²
Cassette with filter: Aluminum IP45. Door made of plexiglass.
Pump – Nominal flow is 3 m³/h (Lp 60 dB(A) at 1m). Flow meter is optional
