Pressurized gas standards for the calibration of effluent monitors. These standards are prepared volumetrically from calibrated NIST traceable gas standards. These standards are pressurized with nitrogen and are available as either approximately 20 liters of gas in a 500-mL steel cylinder (lecture bottle) or as approximately 130 liters of gas in a 2.3-L steel cylinder. Regulators are available for an additional charge. Radionuclides available as pressurized gas standards are133Xe and 85Kr.
