Service & reparation Request a quotePro-Tec III syringe shield reduces hand exposure during preparation of radiopharmaceuticals. The shield is made of 2 mm thick tungsten which reduces Tc-99m attenuation by more than 99%. A lead glass window with a white reflective surface on the inside improves visibility of the syringe markings and contents. The polymer housing and beveled edge around the lead glass help protect against scratches or breakage. The locking is a pin type Safe-T-Lock which grips and locks when the syringe is inserted.
