FERS-5200 boards

Front End Readout System, or FERS in short, is designed to read out large number of detectors. FERS is scalable platform which consists of cards. A single card unit has 64 or 128 channels and it contains front end electronics, A/D converters, trigger logic etc.

For a great number of detectors, FERS platform offers a flexible and cost effective way to create an infrastructure. The platform enables the read out system to be small in size and draw less power. FERS boards are typically available with (DT models) or without housing (A models).
