The AMP instrument consists of the Meter box, which includes the display unit, operating pushbuttons and detector’s electronics and the watertight probe head, which contains the detector and the connecting cable, which is fitted with quick-connect-type connectors at each end. It’s power supplied by 9V battery (50 h operational hours) or via 9V adapter (option). The standard cable lengths 9 m (maximum 100 m).
The AMP may be used in one of the following ways:
– by locally reading the smoothed digital display via the hand held meter display
– by connecting the meter to a PC (i.e. Rotem Meter View or Medismart)
– by connecting the meter to an external WRM transmitter (wireless)
