SpirVIEW

Mirion’s SpirVIEW Mobile is a software solution for the real-time monitoring, visualization, and coordination of radiological measurements in the field. The system collects and aggregates data from multiple measuring instruments onto a shared map, providing a unified situational overview of radiation levels, contamination, and detected radioactive sources.

The software is designed for organizations and agencies involved in radiation protection, radiological emergency preparedness, nuclear safety, and the monitoring of major events or critical infrastructure. It can also be used by crisis management centers to coordinate field personnel during activities such as mapping radioactive releases, delineating hazard zones, sampling, and surveying ground contamination.

• Real-time monitoring: Displays the locations of measuring equipment, identified radiation sources, and elevated radiation levels on a shared map.
• Unified situational overview: Combines measurement data from multiple units and displays parameters such as dose rate, count rate, surface contamination, and NORM concentrations.
• Alarm management: Centralizes alarms from connected instruments and provides access to measurement values, spectra, measurement summaries, comments, and images for incident assessment.
• Coordination of field operations: Facilitates communication between field personnel and command centers while supporting the analysis and documentation of radiological incidents.
• Secure data management: Aggregates measurement data on a central server and enables secure data transmission via Wi-Fi, cellular networks, and satellite communication, among other methods.
• Analysis and reporting: Enables the compilation of measurement results and the export of data for further analysis and reporting.

SpirVIEW Mobile is compatible with the following products from Mirion:

The software package also includes SpirREPLAY, a tool for replaying and analyzing past measurement missions. Measurements from multiple missions can be displayed on the same map, and historical data can be retrieved from the SpirVIEW Mobile server or directly from compatible instruments. Results can be exported in various formats for documentation, reporting, and further analysis.
